I designed two custom house plans for a builder facing a uniquely constrained site. The sloping lot, limited buildable footprint, parking requirements, target square footage, and the need to match the surrounding architectural character made this a complex design challenge. After several iterations, I completed the plans and submitted them to the City for building permits. Both homes are now under construction. More photos and details coming soon.
